I always wanted a privacy policy of my own.

Thank you GDPR!

Hi there :)

In this website I use well-secured platforms that comply with the GDPR and other privacy laws, and only those that are totally necessary for marketing, selling and shipping the book "Microcopy: The Complete Guide".

Payment and shipment info

The purchase is made securely with PayPal on their platform, under their privacy policy,

or by credit card on Wix's platform, under their privacy policy.

When you pay:

I don't get or store (or even see!) your credit card details.

I do get, of course, your name, email, and shipping address, so I can send you the book and an invoice, and contact you if needed (only regarding your order, no marketing afterward).

The details I get are located on a secured order management tool provided by Wix (the website's platform). Wix complies with the GDPR. See here their privacy policy.

I share these details with my distribution manager (via secured tools – Gmail and Google Drive), so he can send you the book and track the shipment until it lands in your hands.

If you want us to delete this data, just email us and it's done. I recommend not to do so before you actually get the book.

Using the website

This website is built with Wix, which is, as mentioned before, compliant with the GDPR.

About the data they track and their security shields, see their privacy policy.

If you wish to get a copy of your data, or delete it, contact us and we'll submit a request to Wix.

Google Analytics

Surprise surprise.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google. Google utilizes the data collected to track and examine the use of this website, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.

I use this data to analyze where my readers are coming from.

Anyway, you should know that Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

When you signed up (have'nt you?! you should, really, it's super-useful for microcopy pros) - your name and email address are kept on secure, compliant with GDPR servers at Wix.

I will never share it with anyone. Ever. And I will send only occasional and professional emails.

I don't use Facebook Pixel

I used to, but this privacy policy just got too long, so I removed it. Seriously.

1:0 to GDPR.
